About us

?Alsal? manufactures and installs aluminium systems for public, residential and industrial buildings. We have a 30-year long experience in this field and we started our business when aluminium was hardly available in construction industry and when technological solutions in this respect left a lot to be desired.

Today we manufacture our products based on the most modern technologies and energy-saving systems, using environment- and human-friendly materials.

?Alsal? constantly modernises its production methods and introduces new technologies in its solutions. We provide various aluminium systems for building purposes, including glazed aluminium walls and curtain walls for avant-garde buildings that are now so common in our cities, relocable partitions for office and other buildings, all types of balustrades, guardrails and metal elevation cladding used to modernise or insulate buildings, suspended ceilings, all types of radiator screens, and solar shading devices. We also manufacture and install glass roofs, conservatories, window and door frames, aluminium curved profiles with thermo-insulating curved glass, curtain walls with the so called spot bonded glass and other atypical building structures.

We not only manufacture and install aluminium systems for construction industry but we also popularize and design modern solutions and provide advice for architectural and building design entities. In particular, we provide free counselling and consulting for architects who design buildings with aluminium solutions. In our counselling we focus on the implementation of state-of-the-art building technology both in terms of energy saving and technological solutions, as well as on functionality for future users.

Our professional counselling personnel has the relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge of the modern technological solutions in construction, and the required building licences for architectural and construction design.

We provide advice not only in terms of construction solutions and aluminium structure aesthetics, but also in terms of ways and types of glazing, and types of glass as regards its thermo-insulating properties and H&S requirements.

This concerns also composite panels that are used for facade cladding taking into consideration the most current trends in thermal insulation technology and energy saving.

High quality of our products is our paramount objective. Thus we keep modernising our machine park so as to ensure the proper aesthetics, technological modernity and energy-saving properties of our products.

We apply the ISO 9001:2000 system to manage the quality of our products and monitor the manufacturing process. Below are our certificates.

Curtain walls

Curtain walls form an important part of our production. We use proven systems provided by such domestic and foreign manufacturers as ?Aluprof Bielsko?, ?Yawal?, ?Reynaers?, ?Schueco?, and ?Metra?. They have been present on our market for a decade or so, they have an established quality and enjoy favourable opinions. Based on these systems we have erected a number of prestige buildings as well as standard structures. Some of the structures are included in this presentation. They have been selected in such a way so as to reflect the wide variety of our solutions.

Our curtain wall systems can be used both for planes (facade surfaces parallel to the buildings? wall structures), and for vertically or horizontally tilted surfaces. In addition, thanks to the curtain wall systems the building body can include circular and curvature layouts with offsets, breaks and oriels.

To ensure optimum systems for particular buildings and conditions (representative character, expressive architecture, etc.) we help our customers select adequate construction solutions given the required quality and price.

Curtain walls must be selected taking into consideration particular physical conditions. This concerns particularly their thermo-insulating properties, acoustic insulation and fire protection. We customise our systems depending on the requirements and regulations applicable to particular buildings and in accordance with the construction law.

Our curtain walls, i.e. construction frames, panes and panels, come in many colours provided by varnish or anodic coating.

We offer a wide variety of aesthetic and technological glazing solutions: from reflexive glass in various colours to composite panels with glass, metal or plastic. The results obtained prove that with our systems it is possible to introduce customised aesthetic solutions that reflect particular structures? origin and authorship.

Window and door systems

?Alsal? window and door systems are based on proven construction systems provided by domestic and foreign manufacturers such as ?Aluprof Bielsko?, ?Yawal?, ?Reynaers?, ?Schueco?, ?Metra? and others.

All foreign construction systems have the required technical approvals for use in Poland. We select and approve particular systems according to their technological modernity and quality of solutions.

The types of glazing that we use in our systems excel in terms of their thermal insulation properties, acoustic protection and optimum price. We install our products using special technical methods that help minimise the required site space. The quality of our installation is confirmed by ITB-010/U ? Construction Service Certificate for light curtain walls, issued by the Construction Research Institute in Warsaw.

Our assortment of external and internal doors includes external thermal insulation doors, security doors, fire doors, protection doors and automatic doors with state-of-the-art technologies.

We also offer roof windows and skylights with automatic opening systems for industrial halls, supermarkets, and car showrooms.

Fire stops

Fire stops, including walls and doors with particular fire resistance properties, are important in ensuring public buildings? safety. To meet the construction market demand ?Alsal? has taken action to obtain certificates for the manufacture of the said products. At present we offer fire protection systems conforming to the following standards: from E15 to E60 and EI15 to EI60. We have been granted the Building Research Institute certificates nos. ITB-1380W and ITB-1555/tW for the  installation of the said products.

?Deko? walls and suspended ceilings

?Alsal? manufactures and installs light prefabricated relocable partition walls for office and other buildings within the ?DEKO? system. The partitions are fixed, glazed, and equipped with single or double leaf doors. They are based on steel frames with double plasterboard and mineral wool insulation. The walls can be installed as repeated model units with replaceable sections. This system provides high flexibility of functional and aesthetic solutions through the use of universal joints to easily join various units which can come in a wide variety of colour versions, plasterboard and completing sections? textures. ?DEKO? walls are fully dismantleable and can be reinstalled in other layouts so they provide excellent solution for structures with frequent changes of interior design and temporary space partitioning.

?Alsal? manufactures and installs aluminium suspended panel ceilings and open cell ceilings that come in many colours and formats.

Balustrades and guardrails

We also manufacture other products that form an important part of our offer. These are balustrades and guardrails made of aluminium sections provided by manufacturers of renowned systems.

Conservatories

We design and make all types of terrace, veranda, orangery and other aluminium systems. They are not only aesthetical but also practical thanks to the use of various design solutions concerning ventilation, drainage and material. Our solutions are ideally customised in terms of the form and colours of profiles and glass.

Elevation systems

We also specialise in the manufacture and installation of elevation panels made of ?Alucobond?, ?Reynobond? and other steel sheet or laminated aluminium sheet. They can be used to shape elevations, modernise and/or insulate buildings.

Elevation panels are coated to obtain various colours. They also have great bending and embossing strength. In addition they can be used to make round or cylindrical parts of elevation.

We prefabricate varied spatial panels to match the architectural design of particular elevations. Such elevations are fire and water-proof, soundproof, easy to install and to clean.

Blinds and sun shades

?Alsal? manufactures and installs blinds and sun shades. The systems are used to prevent excessive warming and ensure comfort of work and rest even in highly glazed rooms.

Our blinds and sun shades are made of materials resistant to weather conditions (aluminium) and ensure important UV protection.

They can be installed on building facades horizontally or vertically and at various angles. Therefore the slats can be positioned so as to obtain the required degree of shade in rooms and ensure the required penetration of reflected and scattered light. In this way you can optimise your air conditioning costs.
